Managed Services refers to enterprise-wide administration of distributed computer systems and specific (research) applications. Providing the proper support for research groups has gotten even more challenging. RCH Managed Services will solve that challenge with a comprehensive offering. This service allows our customers to take advantage of the collective expertise and experience of our entire team. • Assist developers with new custom and open source software.
  
• Database experience including Oracle RAC, SQL, MySQL.
  
• Scheduling software experience including: SGE, MPI and, PBS.
  
• A strong background in Linux, Solaris, and Unix.
  
• An understanding of TCP/IP networks, NAS and SAN environments.
  
• Strength in scripting language (Perl, Python, Ruby, PHP, and UNIX shells) for tool integration and work-flow automation.
  
• Research Applications from the following domains: Biology, BioInformatics, Computational Chemistry, Crystallography, Genomics, Molecular Mechanics, Proteomics, Quantum Mechanics, Statistical Analysis (R), and Instrumentation (e.g. High-Throughput Screening, Next-Generation Sequencing)
