Michael J. Riener, Jr.

Michael oversees the executive management of RCH that includes the company’s overall strategic direction. His primary responsibilities are business development, sales and marketing.  Michael has been an officer since 2006 and was instrumental in the evolution of the company business model.  During this time, RCH has experienced significant market and revenue growth in Life Sciences and Healthcare industries.

Michael brings to his position over 25 years of experience in various executive roles. Prior to RCH, he enjoyed successful careers with several high-growth companies such as Primavera Systems, Liquent, Groove Networks and Edge Dynamics.  These experiences includes work in Discovery, Development, Clinical, Regulatory and Supply Chain businesses.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Information Technology from Rider University.


David Boekel
Chief Technology Officer

David brings over 25 years of experience as a technology professional. He leads the development of new technology solutions including storage, cloud computing, and scientific research computing initiatives. David provides leadership and direction for RCH as well as service and resource management, and overall quality assurance. In addition, he evaluates emerging technologies and industry trends. In his role with the company, David supports the growth, development, and management of the company’s vendor and supplier relationships.

David came to RCH Solutions from Verizon, as a global site lead with responsibility for all aspects of Data Center Operations, including: 24x7 technical support for data centers, hardware support activities, system management and environmental monitoring. He has also held several senior positions with Indep, Inc. a leading system integrator of IBM mainframe computers and storage systems. David was responsible for all aspects of system installations and project management across North America.

David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the College of New Jersey.


Adrien Philip Eschallier
Director of Managed Services

Phil has 25+ years experience as a managerial and technical computing professional. He currently leads Managed Services being responsible for customer requirements management, services definitions, resource management, and services delivery. His professional background includes solutions architecting, Scientific and High Performance Computing design and support, Life Sciences applications management, and software engineering from both management and technical perspectives. In leading Managed Services for RCH, Phil leverages a talented staff, experience, and technology to deliver the best customer value and experience.

Prior to joining the RCH team, Phil served as the Director of Network Services (US) for GlaxoSmithKline responsible for all facets of 24x7 network services delivery for Research & Development in the Americas and Asia. Earlier, Phil held various positions supporting computing, networked environments, and applications for Pharmaceutical and Biotechs. Additionally, he developed and maintained Avionics software for US Naval Aircraft and NASA’s Space Shuttle program, designed and administrated systems and networks for the Department of Defense and the Private Sector, audited and remediated Information Security concerns, and engineered software systems.

Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Tulane University.
